This article was from wired magazine in July 2008 but, I still find this piece of machinery truly amazing so I thought I'd share it with you. The Clover Coffee Machine, recently bought out by Starbucks (unfortunately) was set to revolutionize the way coffee houses served patrons. By brewing the coffee at precise temperatures for a predetermined amount of time the barista can customize every cup of coffee made based on the type of bean/roast/etc. At $11,000 per machine the cost is enormous however, the results are worth every penny.
